| RMA - Return and Exchange Policies |
| Returns…We do except product returns within 15 days of there original purchase, accompanied by a product RMA #, and in the original condition that they were shipped. Due to the delicate nature of the products that we offer we can not accept returns of any products that have been used unless they are found, at our discretion, to be a factory defect. |
| To obtain an RMA#...Please click on our Contact Page link. On the subject line please write RMA request. In the comment field please indicate the reason for return. You will receive a return e-mail with a valid RMA # for validated requests.
An RMA number is not a guarantee that we can refund your order. Upon arrival the items will be tested and inspected. If they are found to be in "used" condition, we will not refund your order unless they are determined to have a factory defect.
All new product returns outside of our normal 15 day return policy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless special authorization is made from our customer service department.

| Exchange…If you have found that you have ordered the wrong product in error (excluding custom orders) we will gladly exchange any unused products for up to 30 days from their original purchase with the exclusion of any shipping fees. Please follow the RMA instructions above and indicate "exchange" in the comment field. |
| Shipping...All shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are to be covered by the customer. We will not accept returns that are sent "freight collect" or "COD". It is the customers responsibility to take all necessary precautions when returning an item including, proper packaging, insurance and use of a preferred shipping company. .
In rare cases of factory defective items, insured ground shipment will be covered by Emerging Lighting Technologies for items leaving our facility.
